王卷樂(lè)課題組在防災(zāi)減災(zāi)知識(shí)服務(wù)系統(tǒng)研究與實(shí)踐中取得進(jìn)展

自然災(zāi)害對(duì)人類(lèi)生存和可持續(xù)發(fā)展帶來(lái)嚴(yán)重威脅，是全球各國(guó)面臨的共同挑戰(zhàn)。作為最重要的支撐條件之一，災(zāi)害數(shù)據(jù)的管理及平臺(tái)建設(shè)是防災(zāi)減災(zāi)科學(xué)研究和實(shí)際應(yīng)用的根本保障。
在依托中國(guó)工程院的UNESCO國(guó)際工程科技知識(shí)中心項(xiàng)目支持下，中國(guó)科學(xué)院地理科學(xué)與資源研究所自2016年承建“防災(zāi)減災(zāi)知識(shí)服務(wù)系統(tǒng)”（http://drr.ikcest.org）。王卷樂(lè)課題組以該系統(tǒng)建設(shè)實(shí)踐為基礎(chǔ)，近期在“數(shù)據(jù)向知識(shí)服務(wù)的范式轉(zhuǎn)變”、“社交媒體數(shù)據(jù)用于災(zāi)害的社會(huì)情緒分析”等方面取得進(jìn)展。
