　　俄蒙區域是我國的北方毗鄰地區，是“一帶一路”中蒙俄經濟走廊建設的重點區域。王卷樂課題組近年來持續在該區域開展資源環境數據獲取、分析和應用研究，積累了近三十年序列的資源環境科學數據，發展了荒漠化精細信息提取、長時間序列干旱監測等新技術方法，建立相關的信息平臺系統。

    在以上研究過程中，王卷樂課題組與俄蒙相關機構和科學家團隊建立了持續、穩定的合作關系，代表地理資源所分別與蒙古國立大學和俄羅斯科學院遠東分院區域問題綜合分析研究所簽署合作協議。該課題組2015年、2016年、2018年先后舉辦了三次“一帶一路”區域科學數據共享相關國際培訓班，來自俄蒙區域的近30名青年科學家在地理資源所參加了學習培訓。
