????裴韜,中國科學院地理科學與資源研究所,地理信息科學與技術全國重點實驗室 研究員,博士生導師,城市大數據專業委員會副主任委員,中國GIS理論與方法學術委員會委員,國家杰出青年基金獲得者(2015)。已在國內外發表論文260余篇,其中SCI論文200余篇,合作出版專著6部。擔任《Transactions in GIS》、《Information Geography》、《地球信息科學》等雜志編委。國家重點研發專項項目“地理大數據挖掘與模式發現”首席科學家,入選國家級“百千萬人才工程”,獲第十一屆全國青年地理科技獎,中國科學院王寬誠獎勵基金盧嘉錫青年人才獎,北京市科技新星,中國科學院青年創新促進會優秀會員,李佩優秀教師獎,朱李月華優秀教師獎。獲評2004年、2006年、2010年和2019年中國科學院大學優秀研究生課程。以第一完成人獲測繪科學技術特等獎、一等獎以及北京市科技進步二等獎。

科研業績:

????圍繞地理空間分析基礎理論,分別就時空點模式和地理流模式開展研究取得以下進展。(1)建立了復雜時空點集的模式分解理論,可將任意復雜的時空點集分解為不同強度的均勻點過程,從根本上解決了時空點集分解與模式提取的理論難題。該理論對于時空點集數據的作用可與傅立葉變換對于初等函數的貢獻進行類比,因此該理論又可稱為“點集數據的傅立葉變換理論”。(2)構建了地理流的空間分析理論,從計算幾何的角度,提出了流空間的基本結構,將地理流的主要分析操作規范為流空間中的基本算子,實現了地理流拓撲分析、時空相關性、時空異質性、時空模式、時空估計、空間自相似、空間交互、多元協同等系列計算方法,建立了流空間結構-流模式分析-流空間估計-流模擬預測的理論和方法體系,成為人群活動、實體流動、空間交互等研究的新視角,并為空間規劃、公共衛生、態勢模擬等應用提供了新的工具。地理流的研究已成為地理信息科學新的分支與熱點,并可視為地理信息科學中的“復分析”。
